Sunday Worship Services

Worship is the heart of who we are as a church. Through our weekly gathering to praise God, we are reminded of God's love for us, and we are sent forth as a congregation to spread His love to others.

9:30 a.m. ~ Church School

10:30 a.m. ~ Worship Service

Our worship service comes alive with the sound of Wakefield United Methodist Church's organ and the Chancel Choir in the intimate setting of our sanctuary. The combination of the traditional order of United Methodist worship (responsive readings, prayer, and special music) and the familiar hymns from the UM hymnal, provide a familiar and welcoming environment for all worshippers.

Our service is led by Pastor Willie B. Guill, Jr.

Holy Communion is offered during the worship service on the first Sunday of the month.

A nursery is available every Sunday during Church School and our worship services.

Children's Church is held for children 4 - 7 years old, except on the first Sunday of the month.

Join us for coffee and donuts every Sunday in the fellowship hall at 9:00 a.m.
